AAI Changes
From our customers:
"Gabriel's staff is well trained, highly motivated and their lab facilities are quite impressive rivaling that of larger companies and even the MWRDGC themselves. I had on numerous occasions been approached by other companies to do our sampling at a cost savings but I have always found that service and reliability are not measured in dollars alone. I would highly recommend Gabriel Labs to anyone.
PS: John Polich throws the best customer appreciation functions of any vendor that I have used these past 20 years.""

In November 2006, the EPA created a new set of standards to conduct All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) through Phase I Site Assessments. AAI Site Assessments involve more research and interviews than ASTM 1527-00, the former Phase I standard. While both guidelines are still accepted, AAI is the highest level of liability protection available. ASTM has also updated its standard (1527-05) to comply with AAI regulations.
Gabriel is your complete AAI resource
- Gabriel's "traditional protocol" Phase I Assessments meet or exceed ASTM 1527-00
- Gabriel's AAI-compliant Phase I Assessments meet or exceed ASTM 1527-05
- Gabriel's staff meet or exceed all of the requirements for an Environmental Professional (EP) under the new AAI rules
